Abriendo Mentes is a nonprofit organization operating in the Guanacaste region of COsta Rica. We are a small team with no one to guide us on the technical work and design of our website. We are looking for someone with website development skills to assist us wih our Wordpress website and a competent graphic designer to update the look of the site. this project entails backing/up currnt site, fixing bugs, updating site with new information, researching and updating design to compete with current nonprofit website styles, updating our current website maintenance manual with easy, bedinner steps and more.

the candidate is someone who has experience with Wordpress, has an eye for design and undestands how to capture our target audience.

Project finance models using excel. This needs to follow standard industry best practices which have the following minimum contents. LendUp will provide data:

Inputs

• Derived from technical studies, financial market expectations, and understanding of the project to date
• Model should be set up to run multiple scenarios using different inputs and assumptions

• Revenue
• Construction, operating and maintenance costs
• Accounting and Tax
• Debt financing
• Distributions to equity
• Project IRR

• Contain a summary of project metrics important to management for informed decision making
• Included financial statements (Income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement)

In this project you will work closely with clients, programmers and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality solutions. You'll perform research and analysis to support business needs.

Develop requirements/project overviews/user stories that clearly define feature-functions of enhancements to the system. Mentee will analyze and create thorough test cases and acceptance criteria that ensure project requirements are met.

Tests, implements, maintains and supports application software that is delivered. Mentee must show an overall willingness to learn various IBS applications.

Mentee must be ambitious, committed individuals. You will conduct research and analyze data. Mentee will assess the performance of stocks and bonds, analyze profit and loss sheets and companies� accounts, and make informed recommendations to a manager or team leader regarding financial directions.

While you are not responsible for making the ultimate decision in investments you will conduct the research and provide the data that aids in the decision-making process.
